The Elements of Euclid

几何原本

This project is about redesigning the book "the elements of Euclid," which was created by Oliver Byrne in 1847. My edition of the bilingual "the Elements of Euclid" includes 35 geometric definitions, each with a graphic explanation using the form of Chinese typography.

奥利弗·伯恩在1847年出版了《彩图几何原本》。在这本书中，他创新性的以平面图形元素来解释欧几里得的几何原理。收到伯恩作品的启发，我使用了中文字体以及书法笔划的形状来具象体现这35个几何原理。
